Paige Hamilton, MD, has joined Central Carolina Urology and is now seeing patients in Sanford. Dr. Hamilton began her practice on February 20, working alongside Kevin Khoudary, MD, at the Medical Arts Center next to Central Carolina Hospital (CCH).

Dave Santoemma, CEO of CCH, expressed his welcome: “We welcome Dr. Hamilton to Central Carolina Hospital and to Sanford. Her presence here helps expand access to urological care for residents of Sanford and Lee County.”

Dr. Hamilton hails from Houston, Texas. She completed her bachelor’s degree in biology at Salem College in Winston-Salem and earned her medical degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. Her residency in urology and internship in general surgery were completed at the University of Connecticut in Farmington.

As a provider with Associated Urologists of North Carolina (AUNC), Dr. Hamilton will be available for patient consultations on Thursdays in Sanford. Her specialties include robotic laparoscopic surgery, cystoscopy, and laser lithotripsy. She treats a variety of benign and oncological urologic conditions for adult patients.

Dr. Hamilton is committed to using advanced surgical techniques supported by current research to treat urologic conditions effectively. In her personal time, she enjoys traveling, figure skating, participating in local sports events, and spending time with friends and family.
