***COMMUNITY INVITED TO OPEN HOUSE FOR S-LINE STUDY***
The City of Sanford has partnered with the North Carolina Department of Transportation to develop a vision for transit as part of the S-Line Transit-Oriented Development Study.
This study is meant to guide development in the areas surrounding a future passenger rail stop, including residential, retail, and public spaces.
Consultants will be at The Depot in Sanford on Thursday, June 16 to share information and gather feedback on the study. Stop in at either of the following:
Interactive design workshop from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Public open house from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
