City of Sanford issued the following announcement on Jan. 15
The Urgent Repair Program (URP) application has been released. Anyone interested in housing rehabilitation through this program must read the assistance policy in its entirety.
Even those who have applied in the past must complete the new application according to the project guidelines.
URP applicants will also be reviewed for the Essentials Single Family Rehabilitation (ESFR) program based on the 2020 application.
