Lady Knights End Historic Season as State Runners-Up

The Knights Women’s Basketball team are NCHSAA 1A State Runners-Up. For the first time in Chatham Charter history, the Lady Knights played in the title game for the NCHSAA State Championship on March 11 at Reynolds Coliseum in Raleigh against Bishop McGuinness. Prior to the game, Lillie Jones received the Farm Bureau Sportsmanship Award. At the conclusion of the game, Meah Brooks was named Most Outstanding Player for the Knights.
