On Sunday, March 9, former Western Harnett High School standouts Bradley Wilson and Collin Welch’s current college team, the Appalachian State Mountaineers, lost 11-4 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Charleston Cougars.

The game took place at Patriots Point Athletics Complex. This was their third matchup against the Cougars this season.

The Mountaineers’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 11 at 6 p.m. at Jim and Bettie Smith Stadium against Charlotte 49ers.
