On Tuesday, March 4, former Triton High School standout Jalen Evans’ current college team, the Wingate Bulldogs, lost 6-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Lander Bearcats.

The game took place at Stephen B. Dolny Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Bearcats this season.

The Bulldogs’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 7 at 2 p.m. at Henderson Field against Mars Hill Mountain Lions.
