On Sunday, March 2, former Lee County High School standout Nya South’s current college team, the UNC Greensboro Spartans, won 8-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Sacred Heart Pioneers.
The game took place at UNCG Softball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Pioneers this season.
The Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 2 at 4 p.m. at UNCG Softball Stadium against Elon Phoenix.
