Pirates' Taking - Shell X-cavating (Ages 05 - 12 yo)
Swagger on over to the Harnett Co. Public Library and join us during Pirate Week as we dig for some ocean treasure.
In this school aged program kids (05 - 12 yo) will get hands-on experience excavating and identifying awesome ocean-dwelling animals that have been buried inside of a seashell. Rrrr... Who needs gold and jewels when you can have MaRrrine Sciences
This program will be held in the Youth Makerspace, lasting approximately 45 min - 1 hr (+/-) and is for participants ages five to twelve years old.
Registration is Required and Spots are limited
NOTE: Individuals may only register for one Pirates' Taking - Shell Excavating program during the Oceans of Possibilities Summer Reading.
