Of the 3,605 people living in Lillington in 2020, 37.1 percent (1,338) were women and 62.9 percent (2,267) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South Triangle News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 1,102. In the 65 and over age range, there were 349 females and 158 males.
