Chatham County recently issued the following announcement.
The Affordable Housing Advisory Committee Meeting (AHAC) will be meeting via ZOOM. Please see below for the tentative agenda and details about how to access the meeting.

This meeting will be held IF the recommendations for 2021-2022 Housing Trust Fund applications have NOT been finalized. If they have been finalized, this meeting will be canceled. If they have not been finalized, this meeting will be used to finish discussion and make final recommendations for the 2021-2022 Housing Trust Fund award process. These recommendations must be made before staff takes them to the Board of Commissioners, who makes the final decision. No applicants will receive funding until after these decisions are approved by the commissioners AND there is a signed development services agreement in place.
