Harnett County Schools recently issued the following announcement.
Harnett County Schools hosted their first Student Advisory Virtual Meeting. Each high school was represented with students from various grade levels. Students met with the Superintendent and members of his leadership team to give feedback about the school year. Some of the questions for the discussion included the following:
1. How has the school year started?
2. How are students dealing with the pandemic?
3. How was remote learning during the pandemic?
4. Do you have celebrations you would like to share?
5. Do you have opportunities for improvement you would like to share?
Students were appreciative of the hard work and efforts made by their teachers, administration, and all other staff members to open the doors and welcome students back to school. They are so thankful for the return to some of the activities missed during the pandemic
