City of Sanford recently issued the following announcement.
The City of Sanford's official trick-or-treating hours are always October 31 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
Of course, neighborhoods may decide different hours for their neighbors. The community may also plan for Halloween themed events on different days.
