The City of Sanford’s customer service department, located at 225 E. Weatherspoon Street, will open to the public on Monday, June 1 at noon. The department will remain open for regular business hours moving forward.

The department will be able to accept utility payments, discuss repayment options for bills generated between March 1 and May 31, and assist in starting or stopping utility service.

The safety and security of our community is the City of Sanford’s top priority. Therefore, anyone entering the building will be expected to uphold accepted practices for limiting the spread of COVID-19, including maintaining physical distance and being patient with potentially long wait times.
