The Chatham County Council on Aging will hold its annual Candlelight Reflection Ceremony in honor of National Alzheimer’s Awareness Month and National Caregiver Month on Thursday, November 7, 2019 from 5:30-6:30 p.m. at its Western Center in Siler City.
Ceremonies are held across North Carolina in Honor of National Alzheimers Awareness Month and National Caregiver Month

A time to remember those we have lost and honor those currently living with types of dementia, such as Alzheimers Disease and other progressive illnesses. And support the dedicated family caregivers that have experienced the journey of caring for their loved ones.
