On Saturday, April 12, former Lee County High School standout Sophia Scott’s current college team, the Methodist Monarchs, won 4-0 in their NCAA Division III softball game against the Southern Virginia Knights.

The game took place at Don Price Field. This was their second matchup against the Knights this season.

The Monarchs’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 19 at 1 p.m. at Jack Ingram Field against Pfeiffer Falcons.
