On Tuesday, March 11, former Lee County High School standout Walker McDuffie’s current college team, the North Carolina Tar Heels, won 7-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the UNC Wilmington Seahawks.

The game took place at Bill Brooks Field. This was their first matchup against the Seahawks this season.

The Tar Heels’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 14 at 3 p.m. at Jim Patterson Stadium against Louisville Cardinals.
