On Saturday, March 29, former Southern Lee High School standout Carrie Ellen Bryan’s current college team, the Wingate Bulldogs, won 8-6 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Lenoir-Rhyne Bears.

The game took place at McCrorie Family Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Bears this season.

The Bulldogs’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 29 at 4 p.m. at McCrorie Family Stadium against Lenoir-Rhyne Bears.
