On Saturday, March 8, former Lee County High School standout Nya South’s current college team, the UNC Greensboro Spartans, lost 9-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Michigan Wolverines.

The game took place at UNCG Softball Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Wolverines this season.

The Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 8 at 3 p.m. at UNCG Softball Stadium against North Carolina Central Eagles.
